The cylinders produced range from 300 mm to 3000 mm in length and 50 mm to 160 mm in diameter. The technical department assesses each cylinder’s specifications requirements to determine which are best suited for production on the automated line. Currently, 25% of HCIC’s cylinders are manufactured using this automated system.

 Although this production line operates automatically, it still requires some human intervention. After the parts are inspected, they are loaded onto the automated line, and the correct program is selected to initiate the process. The programming is fully parametric and is configured based on the dimensions of the tubes and rods. Once set, robots guide the components through the production line according to the programmed instructions.
